DFLabs is pleased to announce the first seminar official PTK, software, computer investigations and computer forensics entirely made in Italy. By the joint forces of the working group IRItaly and Section of Research and Development DFLabs company, after more a year of development, PTK reveals the main novelty in the field of open source software dedicated to Digital Investigation. The software is completely free and is already used in public with references worldwide.
The seminar is completely free, will be held in the following locations:
in Rome Tuesday, October 28 11:00 pm 16.00, Hotel Colosseum, Via Sforza 10 00184. Metro stop: Cavour and
Crema Friday, November 7 from 10:00 to 16:00 at the ' DTI State University, via Bramante 61
The seminar is an important opportunity to field test the ability of PTK and perform the actual training sessions on a variety of evidence, such as: R am Dump, and Disk Images (FAT, NTFS, EXT3).

If participants wish to follow the seminar with PTK working directly on your PC, you should install and test in advance:
- Linux Distribution (recommended ubuntu )
- XAMPP
- TSK 3.0
