When I learned that they had reformed, that they had begun to make music and concerts, after years of silence was the star . Three old Faust together again ... but it did not last long. Two Live , Rien , but after You Know Faust a perfect album "clean" that reconnect with the past, breaking Jean ... Hervé disappears from circulation and discs that follow are becoming less attractive to the involvement resumes when refounded Jean Herve and Zappi with a parallel group started playing around the world with the Ulan Bator, Cambuzat redoing many of the old songs and Faust coming to play here even close to Tago Mago!
then I'm going to reread the review of Blow-up that I had deliberately skipped because Stephen White, the editor of the magazine has always rejected all the things done by Faust in recent years, look at the case except Faust-Dalek, and known that rejected once again blatantly too hard even using offensive language unworthy of a director of a magazine that claims to be the beacon of a certain type of music.

For me the scepter of Faust brings Jean Herve Peron. And 'he that gave the group that folly and surreality that needed to do take off, then sings in French and that makes me feel at home. But I am not with the German side of Irmler and its contamination especially that of the hard-Faust Dalek (a singer with the voice hip hop "black") or when I saw them at La Spezia with a bassist who played with the thumb ... separated from Jean Herve, Faust, the draft Irmler lost soul ... out Faust Is Last , double epitaph (apparently) of the band by Jochen. I do not mind cheering for Hervé first and second, because I do not like his stuff, but one day by downloading from the network all (ALL) the written material on Faust noted that the record has been very well received by critics and so the drainage in the area have no alternative ... There are no shops in less than 2 hours by train ... and I find that it is a great record, missing the madness Jean Herve and Zappi, the metronome but it is a disc that holds without necessarily having to search for comparisons with the glories of the past.
